About the Founder

With over 26 years in the travel and hospitality industry, Stefan Hoffmann has gained deep experience collaborating with tour operators, DMCs, and industry partners across Europe, Latin America, and the United States . Having worked with major tour operators and served as both a Contracting and Sales Manager for a U.S.-based DMC for over 16 years, he brings a deep understanding of the international market and what drives success for independent hotels. 

Through Hoffmann Hospitality Solutions, Stefan’s vision is to help unique, independently owned properties gain international visibility, drive sustainable revenue, and capture business year-round, especially during off-peak periods.

Originally from Germany and now based in Florida, Stefan combines European insight with U.S. market expertise. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, discovering new destinations, and spending quality time with family and friends, experiences that continue to inspire his passion for hospitality and global connections.
